This picture was taken from the ruined inside of St. Paul's church. St. Paul's was constructed by a Portuguese captain in 1521, and expanded in 1556. It used to be name Nosa Senhora. The Dutch showed up and renamed it St. Paul's while they waited to build Christ Church at the bottom of the hill. The Brits used it to store gunpowder, and the church has been in ruins for 150 years now. There are lots of graves in and around the church of Dutch colonials and even some Portuguese.
